A Guide to cleaning your Super Shark vacuum’s HEPA filter

The ultra Super Shark vacuum a.k.a Euro Pro hv122 ‘s HEPA filter like any normal filter needs to be cleaned every so often.  The sequential instructions are as follows:

- Release the Dust Cup from its holder. This is done by pressing on the switch at the rear and separating it.

- When the cap is off, peer within and gently detach the HEPA filter.

- Pour out the dirt of the dust cap into a waiting garbage can. Note that you should use the garbage can located outdoors in order to stop the dust from coming back in the house.

- The filter has a debris screen. Separate them from each other by firmly grasping each part and pulling then cleaning.

- Do tap the dust cap on a hard surface outside. Use the inside of an outdoor trash can for this step. Tap until no more dust is falling from the filter.

- Tapping the debris screen clean or washing it in water to further clean the equipment is a good step to ensure better hygiene for our Super Shark vacuum Euro-Pro hv122. Remember that before using it again it has to be completely dry.

- Lastly – Once all parts are dry reassemble the unit and have fun vacuuming!
